This policy explains what happens to your information when you visit farjadahmed.com, the personal site of Farjad Ahmed, Chief Executive Officer of Kinora Ventures.
This is a one-page personal profile. It does not sell anything, does not require an account, and does not run advertising. The only information collected is anonymous usage statistics, and whatever you choose to type into the contact form.
The site uses Google Analytics 4 to understand how many people visit and which pages and links they use. It sets cookies in your browser and records things like your approximate location, device type, browser, the pages you view and how you arrived at the site. It does not record your name, email address or any other information that identifies you personally.
Google processes this data on our behalf. You can read how Google handles information from sites that use its services at google.com/policies/privacy/partners.
If you would rather not be measured at all, you can install Google's opt-out browser add-on, or block cookies in your browser settings. The site works normally either way.
If you request a meeting, the form collects your name, email address, profession, chosen topic, preferred date and time, and any message you write. This is sent as an email to farjad@kinora.ventures through EmailJS, a third-party delivery service.
The site holds no database. Your submission exists only as that email, and it is used solely to reply to you and arrange the meeting you asked for. It is not added to a mailing list, and it is not shared with anyone else.
The site also links out to LinkedIn, Facebook and the websites of organisations mentioned in the profile. Once you follow any external link, that site's privacy policy applies, not this one.
You can ask what information is held about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. In practice this means the emails generated by the contact form, since nothing else is stored. Email farjad@kinora.ventures and the request will be actioned.
